Medical training and body massage
Medical education, massage training and additional study of muscles and soft tissue.
You can want less back tension, more freedom of movement or a refreshed face without thinking there is something wrong with you.
I believe self-care should not begin with pain, dissatisfaction with your appearance or a struggle against ageing.
I take a different approach: understanding your body, noticing its needs and supporting a state in which you feel comfortable.

Some people come with neck and back tension, others after physical exertion. Some want to relax, while others want to maintain facial tone and freshness.
Even when two people choose the same treatment, their condition and needs may differ.
Before a massage, I ask what is bothering you, how you feel and what you expect from the session.
During the session, I pay attention to your muscles, mobility and feedback. This helps me choose techniques, pressure and sequence to suit your situation.
I want the massage to feel good during the session and help you feel more comfortable in everyday life.
I take a whole-person approach. Tension in the neck, shoulders and head can affect how the face feels, so facial massage does not always focus on the face alone.
Depending on your needs and the technique, I may work on the scalp, neck, décolleté and shoulders. For body massage, I consider your movement, activity and overall wellbeing, not only the area of discomfort.
I do not promise a one-size-fits-all result. First, I seek to understand your needs and then choose suitable work within my professional scope.
Explore body and facial massage ↗My work with the body is grounded in medical education, massage training and specializations in body and facial care. I continue to learn and grow professionally.
For me, learning is not about collecting certificates. It helps me understand the body better and choose suitable techniques for each person.
Medical education, massage training and additional study of muscles and soft tissue.
Facial sculpting, fascial lifting, myolifting and other facial techniques.
Lymphatic drainage massage is another area of my professional training.
It helps me listen carefully, take your experience into account and respect professional boundaries.
